Our facility is equipped with advanced machinery and streamlined systems designed to meet the dynamic demands of the auto component industry.
We maintain dedicated departments for Production, Quality & Inspection, Design & Development, Purchase, Stores, Assembly & Packaging—ensuring smooth coordination, efficient workflow, and uncompromised product quality at every stage.
Skilled Workforce: Our team includes 25+ workers, 2 ITI, 2 engineers, 3 technicians, and a highly experienced management team with over 35 years of expertise in the auto component sector.
Quality-Driven Processes: With ISO 9001:2015 certification, we implement Lean Manufacturing, FIFO, Kaizen, and automation wherever possible to enhance efficiency and consistency.

MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Production Capacity: Up to 35,000 to 40,000 shock absorbers per month in a single shift, with flexible capacity for twin tube shock absorbers, springs, CNC Turned components, and allied parts as per requirements.
• Advanced Machinery: Our facility houses modern equipment including: CNC Turning Machines (2x), Hydraulic Presses (2x), Power Presses (3x), Spot & Seam Welding Machines, Lathe Machines, Centerless Grinders, Threading and Drilling Machines, Shock Absorber Testing Machines (manual & computerized), Endurance & UTM Machines, Powder Coating, Liquid Painting & LPG/Electric Furnace, Oil Filling & Riveting Machines, and much more
